    • Blue Sun Café will be serving full scale meals including muffins, cereal, potatoes, tofu scramble, pancakes, french toast; soup, salads, tofu sandwich, grilled cheese, veggie chicken and steak sandwich, lasagna, taco plate.
    • Convergence has full scale meals including macro plates, tofu stir fry, mochi burger, stir fried noodles, samosas, hummus wrap, vegan tamales, soups, coconuts
    • Pie to the People will be serving yummy organic pizza!
    • Get Fried Rice will have a range of organic Asian food
    • Divine Nourishment offers veggie rice bowl, fries, sorbet, juice, etc.
    • Java Go-go has wonderful organic coffee & chai
    • Sambazon Smoothies will be serving Acai!
