Byron Lerner - Taijiquan
Byron’s path to healing began while pursuing a degree in music. Through disciplined practice, he healed his own injuries and completed his degree. His study of Taijiquan lead him to explore other areas of body work. One unique facet of his work is that he teaches stretching and strengthening exercises that address each client’s specific area of complaint. By channeling energy through gentle touch of pressure points, Byron is able to help his clients achieve relief from chronic pain and stress. |

Integrative Soft Tissue Massage Therapy: Feel the stress and tension slowly release at the deeper layers of your muscles. Slower more direct pressure is used for trigger points, specific acu-points and reflexology where appropriate.
